I am a coach, mentor and former HVAC-R business leader with over 25 years of hands-on experience across sales, marketing, estimating, project management, system design and business development. Having worked extensively within the HVAC-R and Building Services sector, I understand first-hand the challenges many business owners face. Long hours, cash flow pressures, recruitment struggles, inconsistent sales, growing overheads and the feeling that the business cannot function without them. Today, I help owners move beyond those challenges by implementing practical business strategies that improve profitability, strengthen operations and create sustainable growth. Through the Profit System framework, I help clients identify opportunities to increase revenue, improve margins, strengthen cash flow, develop leadership capability and build businesses that are less dependent on the owner.
